Staffordshire First Aid Training

I attended the baby and toddler course, i really enjoyed it and have learnt alot, i now feel confident in doing CPR and using a difibrillator (AED). Will who took the course was excellent, he made everyone feel at ease, and certanly knows his stuff. The booklet you get to take home is very informative. I would highly recomend the course to anyone.

This was my 1st First Aid Training. Lots of knowledge and detail provided over the 3 day course. Confident and engaging presentations that provide practical and informative training to help you with day to day circumstances both at work and at home. Would definatetly recommend!

Will was an excellent instructor. Spoke with passion and could tell by his experience he knew what he was on about. Made somethung that was supposed to be a chore and boring day into something that was actually interesting, ended up learning one or two things too. Thanks will see you in three years!Ben Elliott

I recently attended the EFAW course and the way Alan delivered the session made it highly informative and made me feel as though I had the relevant information for me to deliver first aid confidently. Also Alan’s experience and stories demonstrated how crucial the skills Staffordshire first aid training teach in potentially saving someone’s life.

Staffordshire Fist Aid conducted training in our office for a number of employees, and a handful also attended a training session at one of their external centers. Both experiences were excellent, the delivery was clear, interesting, professional, accurate and engaging. We received the certificates promptly and found the first aid booklet which each person was given to be an excellent added bonus, helping to reinforce the confidence of our first aiders.

Couldn't reccomend them highly enough. Comfortable learning environment, I felt I could ask all the questions I had without feeling embarrassed. They're really knowledgeable and gave extra time after the course to give us awareness of subjects additional to the curriculum. I have a 4 year old, so feel much better to have that kind of information. Thanks

Had the absolute delight of having Will as my trainer. Such depth of knowledge and a relaxed yet informative instructing style, very quickly put the room at ease, making every participant feel comfortable and competent. Coming from the background I do and going into the course carrying years of previous knowledge, it was great to see such passion for the subject and knowledge cascade that Will very clearly has absolutely shine through!

Just completed the 2-day mental health first aid course on our site with their trainer Dave Mason. Dave holds a wealth of knowledge on the subject and is an utterly brilliant trainer; very engaging and keeping delegates motivated throughout on such difficult and highly emotive topics . I attended the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course at Staffordshire First Aid training today. The training was delivered by Will, who is a fantastic teacher and very skilled at conveying his knowledge on the subject, which is extensive. The training was interesting and engaging, and delivered in a human way to ensure it wasn’t dry. Lots of lectures, practical elements, videos, quizzes, opportunities to ask questions and a test at the end. Will even stayed on after the training to go through some additional subjects with me, which aren’t normally part of the course demonstrating how this company will go above and beyond with their customer service. The course was excellent - Ian made everyone feel at ease. He was very informative & amongst other techniques we practised CPR & used the Defibrilator. I was able to use the skills Ian showed me 10 days later when a client choked. I automatically gave back slaps then abdominal thrusts which was successful. It was a frightening experience but I knew exactly what to do. I would recommend this course to anyone. Thankyou Ian
