Had my hair highlighted. The lady took great care and paid attention to the details of my trin and finish.

I go to Y&R for waxing and my brows.I loved my eyebrow tint and wax so much that I entrusted her to do powder brows and I love them!

Visited Y&R salon today for a wash,cut and blow-dry. This is my first time at this salon after trying to find somewhere comfortable, clean and friendly... it was all of those! I'm now looking into further treatments offered at the salon

Would strongly not recommend this salon to anyone, particularly for hair dye. I recently had my hair dyed (caramel dark brown) as I had selected from her board, and it came out as blonde. It was also quite uneven. A family member who went to see her to touch up their roots came out as bright orange, this was not the colour asked for . Despite being a hair stylist, she was unable to offer me a second opinion and refused to look at my inspiration photos. She was incredibly expensive for what she offered. I asked for her to fix it and she refused and she would not respond. I went else where to get my hair fixed . You can find better services elsewhere for less money. Her salon is always empty and it is evident why , She is not worth it at all with very little experience. Save your money and go else where .

I went there several times for different beauty, for heightening my hair, cutting and face I should say she really does a professional job and also she is very kind and patient lady. I really recommend that at least try this salon for one time you will love it ✨✨✨ thank you Parastoo

I certainly do not recommend this place to anyone! You are being scammed for your money. I walked in the salon and the customer service was absolutely horrendous not welcome the customer with a greeting also we came to get a colour done for my wife we came to a agreement a few week before that she will colour it a biscuit colour I dropped my wife off at the salon at 10:30am she said it will take no longer than 3-1/3 hours so I went back to my business and came back at 3:30pm arrived at the salon and the young lady absolutely destroyed her hair and made it bright blonde! Furthermore the young lady was manipulating my wife to give the full amount after my wife repeatedly said she was not happy about the colour what so ever the store owner kept saying “after a few wash the hair colour will go” that was her argument and she refused to give discount.furthermore, we had no choice but to buy dye from Sally’s in leeds city centre costing us £50 We went to a wedding the following week and numerous people pointed out how bad my wife’s hair looked I certainly do not recommend this place to anyone customer service is -0 the skill for dying hair is 0 you will regret going to this place as my sister booked it as she had a appointments ngl ent and we had a urgent wedding she had no other choice but to go to her and she ruined my sisters hair aswell!!! DO NOT GO!!!❌

Have been for both and eyebrow wax and tint and more recently the semi permanent powder brows. Very happy with both and would recommend! The best shape my eyebrows have been :)

Absolutely fantastic service, saw me before my appointment time as I was early arriving, really pleased with my eyebrows!Lovely and polite will definitely be returning!.

Wow! She was amazing. I needed my eyebrows shaped and she did an amazing job! Great communication, good value, nice and gentle! I recommend her!
