I have a little westie and we've been going to this place for the last few years, really lovely groomers, work very quick and reasonably priced. Dog doesn't seem to be stressed going in and always happy on collection as well.

Our labradoodle Max had his first visit today. He was booked in with Ella and she has done an amazing job. Max is smelling and looking lovely and the best cut he's had (11 yr old, so he's had a few) Will definitely be booking with Ella again, thank you ☺️

My dog Toby always looks beautiful when coming out of this groomers. I am a new customer so have used them twice and will continue to use their services.Toby recently has been to the vets with excessive itching and they told he had fleas, after 3 flea treatments the itching never stopped and they just got more and more money out of me. I felt he probably had sensitive dry skin condition as it is not uncommon for dogs.After taking Toby to this groomers he has completely stopped itching and seems happier. I should’ve taken him here sooner!5 Stars ✨✨✨✨✨

I have two dogs, both are always happy to go for their bath and haircut. Lovely ladies, you know your dogs are safe and happy-and gorgeous when they come home.

We took Chewy and Wicket for a haircut etc When my wife brought the dogs back I was very disappointed with the cuts. Chewy has a tail that looks more like a toilet brush. The cut around his face and legs are so uneven like an almost naked patch appeared . Wicket is not as bad but poorly cut around his head and legs. My daughter comes home tomorrow, 2nd April, from holiday and she will not be happy. I am so angry I can't talk to the shop! Sorry the photos are not good.

I’ve taken both my dogs to creatures great and small for their grooming. In total over 15 years. What wonderful staff, who obviously love our precious family pets. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My Shiz Zu, Boe has a number of health issues but the wonder that is Jenny always takes such care with her. And the lovely assistant who serves and takes booking is always delightful.

I have been bringing my two Pomeranian’s Coco & Lexi here for some time and we love it! All the staff are great, but for grooming Lorna is the best! Pomeranian’s have difficult & fluffy coats, and she really cuts them beautiful. We always leave happy & pleased and Coco & Lexi gets loads of compliments! :) I love your shop as well, always a wide variety of toys & treats! Thank you Lorna & all staff members!

M very happy with my two dogs grooms today I have two shih tzus one 5 years one 10 months the younger one was matted was due to both be at the Brentwood shop today but one sick groomer meant I was swapped to Billericay both dogs are perfect and they dealt with my boy (matted one ) so well and he came out so happy ! Above and beyond helpful will not go anywhere else ! Thank you for a great experience

The most friendly and caring staff that magically make the scruffy fur ball of a pooch that I take in come out looking beautiful and smelling wonderful. I am always happy with the haircut my besty gets. Thank you!
