Personal Training at Leo

Personal training at Leo Gym has been incredible, not only at building up my muscle mass and helping me reach my fitness goals, but also at really building my confidence.I could never do handstands- with personal training I managed to do them in my first session after some brilliant tips and good encouragement.My progress on the gym floor has been so much better too; I’m nailing the technique and hitting PBs frequently. As ever, I’m highly impressed with the skill set, friendliness and support of great staff and a brilliant gym. Thanks so much

Absolutely fantastic PT and Gym! I had a baby 5 months ago and Leo Gym has given me so much confidence in getting back to training. They have completely catered to what I have needed post partum and while I am getting stronger and fitter, I am also really enjoy the sessions! I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Tom Brand is a fantastic PT, builds interesting sessions that are very tailored to me and pushes me so I'm seeing quick improvements.Cannot recommend highly enough for anyone who wants to get fitter.
