I have had a very good experience dealing with everyone in this company. I had a roller garage door and new gates. They listened to what I wanted, worked with me on customised Gates, made with excellent attention to detail. Kept me informed of time scales and delays caused by Covid restrictions. The people installing the door and gates were courteous, helpful and informative. I'd definitely recommend them for exceptional quality workmanship and great customer service.

Garage door had dropped on the one side , couldn’t move it. Thought I’d use a local Company, glad I did. The receptionist said they couldn’t do it today but when I explained that rain was getting in and I was due to go out she said she would contact an engineer and see what they could do for me. Within 2 hours I had the door fixed by 2 very nice fitters. Excellent Company, Fair prices. I would certainly recommend them.

I had two Roller doors fitted by Strobe Security one was pretty large and other companies couldn't supply me with the spec I wanted. The service was fantastic from measuring up to completion, doors also arrived sooner than I expected. The engineers were friendly and extremely professional they did a fantastic job on fitting them leaving the garage clean and tidy when they left. The quality of the doors are also faultless. I can't recommend my experience with Strobe Security enough.Thank you.

I've tried arranging a quote from this company twice and after a week of waiting I've given up on them. First time I called was a week ago and my call went to answerphone. I left it a couple of day and after no call back I rang again and spoke to a fella. Told him what I was looking for (roller door and house alarm) and gave him my contact details... nothing! If their presales service is so bad I have no intention of risking their after sales service.

Great service from Strobe Security Solutions. They installed an electric roller garage door for us and we're very helpful, being able to adjust their service to fit our needs. Excellent and would recommend. They are not the cheapest but we were more than happy to pay the extra for the service they provided

The door was fitted a little later than arranged as Christmas got in the way, super job fitting the door on time fitters worked well cleared the entire site.(even swept up the garden leaves, thanks guys). I'm disabled and this is a great improvement to my life and they organized VAT relief.

My garage door unit, started beeping.called Strobe, they attended the next day, replaced some batteries in the safety stop box and all was fixed.The invoice was reasonable and I'm really happy with the service provided.They fitted my roller garage door 18 months ago and would highly recommend.
