Slimming world is pretty easy to follow. Alison is fantastic, she so positive and helps to keep you motivated. She won’t let you focus on the negatives, she helps you to focus on moving forward. She a total inspiration and the people in group are fantastic and understanding. I would highly recommend.

I have been a member of Alison's Slimming World Group for some time. I enjoy the meetings and find the group support very helpful. Alison herself is a very knowledgeable and supportive consultant who makes everyone feel that they can achieve that final goal of target weight!
