Called in to collect something. Staff very friendly and obliging. Prices seem to be in the real world and not fantasy. Very well stocked.

Bought a high backed chair. What you see is what you get. No frills value for money. Very obliging staff.

Not much in the way of decent stock. All stock is second hand, very used and soiled. Heavy smell of cigarettes and nicotine.

Got sold a cooker then installed it and the element is all blown the shop is accusing us of doing on install which is physically impossible all it would have done is trip the electrics in the house. Had this confirmed by 7 different engineers and then they told us the appliance was serviced before being sold and given us the engineers number which has confirmed he hadn’t serviced it and dosent service any electrical appliances at all before being sold. So the manager / shop owner lied and been waiting for a call from the shop for 24 hours so far they ain’t answering my calls. And they have been in touch with the engineer they gave me to call to state it was our fault when being installed the engineer has said it’s impossible also so now I’m having to pay for the item to be fixed at £30 due to the shop brushing off the responsibility. I will be going to the ombudsman I know my rights. And due to the shop already lieing stating all electrical appliances are serviced before selling which is lies. So that’s going to look fantastic on the letter I am giving you 12 weeks to resolve the problem I also know me just mentioning your name and shop it costs urself £550 before any work is done by the ombudsman and then you have to pay them other fees also. So my 12 weeks started from yesterday 12/10/18 as that’s when I first started the complaint with yourself. So you will know who I am since you should remember the lies your telling your customer I will also post this on your Facebook if you forget who you have lied to since I bet it’s a regular occurrence as I’ve already seen on your Facebook profile

A pre used furniture and household goods store, prices are quite reasonable and staff are helpful, delivery is available.
