Bought 2 furniture items from this crowd about 3 months ago. After assembling the first one (which was very flimsy with parts that didn't have holes etc mentioned in the instructions), I contacted them to return the other item.That's a chore in itself as I was bounced back and forth between different agents through email, each of whom gave a different answer and who seemed confused because I was in Ireland (.ie website indeed!)Eventually I called them and a return was agreed. I was told I could send it back myself at my expense or have it collected with the cost of the return deducted from the refund. Given it was a fairly heavy item that would need to be returned to the UK, I opted for the latter and as I was away/busy with work for the next few weeks, we agreed a collection date of 3 weeks later (the earliest they could do to suit).2 MONTHS LATER and numerous calls made by me later (each of which promised follow ups that didn't happen but through which I discovered that Irish deliveries and collections are handled through a courier that only does them every fortnight and which they have very limited contact with it seems), I finally got a random call this week from a driver saying he was on the way - luckily I was working from home!So, the item is now gone from my hallway and who knows now how much longer it'll take to actually get that refund. I did get a generic email from someone else last night asking me to reply if I'm still waiting on the collection, so I've replied to that as well.. Who knows if I will get a meaningful replyNEVER AGAIN. One of the most shockingly poor companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.Buy it anywhere else" would be my advice. Avoid at all costs - especially if buying from their "Irish" website."

Cancelled my eBay order, seems they got caught out inflating prices when a % code is running on eBay and accidently lowered the prices of said items to what they should have been raising them by to negate said code.

I made a purchase from their website, initially the told me I hould wait for 4 weeks, after 4 weeks I never received anything from them. Made multiple calls with their terrible customer service where I have been literally lied to regarding dispatch times. These guys are the worst. Stay as far as you can from them. They lie and waste your time too.

Only given a one star because zero stars wasn't an option, moved all their customer lack of service to the Philippines where agents flout distance selling regulations like confetti and happy to break gdpr legislation as well for good measure. Happy to take your money but then do nothing to help. That the world for indemnities on payments, Candy J from the Filipino call centre exemplified the lack of service would rather argue with customers for 40 minutes then put you on hold for 20 to come back with a response of my bad.... How very professional.. Avoid at all costs

I bought a electriQ 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner from Appliancesdirect(which is this company and electriQ are also related with this company), but it only worked for a couple of hours before it stopped producing cool air and started making a banging sound. I checked it, and the venting fan was loose and shaking (I found someone here who encountered the same issue). I tried dealing with customer support, but they simply said they couldn't do anything about it. It's clearly a defective product, but they don't even care. Don't buy anything from them; their customer support is the worst.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are many others to choose from who will not treat you so badly as they have me. They comprehensively damaged my kitchen and hall flooring when removing my old fridge-freezer unit and will not accept responsibility.I ordered a large American Style" fridge freezer and paid extra to have the old unit taken away. Their delivery crew (Arrow XL) were inept and ill-equipped. They dragged the old unit out and the unit's feet dug into my vinyl flooring causing it to tear in several places. Further damage was caused by their rough handing out through the hall.When I complained and sent images of the damage immediately after the delivery had occurred

Ordered an electriQ induction hob. Wanted to keep old appliance so did not pay for removal service. They turned up one week earlier, took the old appliance (its a tenanted property) then, when I complained, spoke to several people on the phone to first say they would return the old appliance, then, that it could not be returned, no compensation and blamed my tenants for letting them take the old appliance! I said it was theft but they do not care. They said that they would have taken the old one anyway, so I said why ask people to pay for it then and where was this stated in the contract? No answer. Terrible company, do not recommend and will not use again.

Worst company to deal with!!! Avoid at all costs. Had to contact my bank to get a refund! Customer service is appalling. I had to wait over a month and half for a full refund. Do everyone a favour and order using another retailer. Don’t say you haven’t been warned. What an absolute joke. Still boils my blood. Absolutely diabolical

I was sold a gas hob from appliances direct. Today after many phone calls a Manager just refused to replace it or refund money.I was informed about a dangerous fault by appliances direct several months ago,a repair was arranged but soon after cancelled due to lack of parts.A staff member did advise that they would have it uplifted and refund because it had not been fitted. The manager today has gone back on this.The manager

FALSE ADVERTISING AND MIS SELLING.Do not order from them or any of their associated sites including amazon.Item described as full vanity unit including basin, WC, flush button, cistern all that was delivered was the toilet basin.Called to chase, they only have a premium rate number, to be told it would be investigated in 72 hours!!! I decided to return am awaiting a refund.
