I had an excellent experience today at Plummers Dental surgery. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful and Dr Patel was calm, professional and reassuring.

Poor establishment and dentists are inexperienced. See the staff rotation there.Look after your teeth guys and go somewhere else.They pulled my tooth and crushed and destroyed my gums so badly that i had to go to hospital to operate afterwards. They have even stole my old expensive implant after removing it. Also, charged for teeth plumbing in advance and never filled them afterwards due to pandemic.THEY DO NOT TAKE YOU IN WITH EMERGENCY TEETH PAIN, so what's the point have such a dentist.P.s. family appointments are just to get money from you and taxpayers without actually doing real dentistry.I have a real problems with my teeth and mouth after being with this dentist for several years.

Been waiting 17 monthes an apointment been with plummers for over 12 years am i ever going to be seen ?

I cannot recommend this dentist and if there was a way to give a minus star, I would be giving it. The receptionist(s) are uncaring and unhelpful and the actually dentistry provided is sub-standard.My partner had a filling replaced last year (that had lasted years), within a matter of weeks the new filling had fallen out and has been subsequently replaced by a temporary filling on no less than three separate occasions and she is still waiting for a proper replacement to be done, each time coming in expecting to have it repaired and only being given yet another temporary one, because the dentist that is able to do this is not available. The temporary one has now fallen out AGAIN and despite phoning for yet another emergency appointment (because her tooth is completely open and she is in agony and was in tears on the phone), the receptionist suggested that she wait until 02 July (her appointment for the actual replacement filling)! Absolutely unbelievable and shockingly poor service.

Amazing service. I phoned this morning with a broken tooth. Was seen this afternoon, had an xray & the tooth was removed. All the staff were kind and helpful. My options were fully explained at each step and I was given the chance to ask questions. The actual tooth abstraction was completely painless - I couldn't have asked for better care from anyone. Sincere thankyou to you all at Wymondham.

I have been with this dental practice for many years now and I feel so grateful that I have a dentist when so many people are unable to find one at the moment. The receptionist was friendly and I had a very kind dentist again today for a check-up and although I had no problems, was again offered helpful advice to keep my teeth at their best! Thank you!

I Received Professional and first class treatment. Excellent service. Dr Karishma Patel was so lovely, a credit to the company, absolutely outstanding.

The receptionist is potentially the rudest person I've ever spoken to. I only wanted to book a check up and I was shocked at the way I was spoken to. Really disappointing since the dentists and dental nurses seem really nice and thorough.
