Visiting Steph's home clinic was a fantastic experience. It was my first time visiting an Osteo, after struggling with back pain during pregnancy and postnatally. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure she got to know me and the way my body moved before working on the areas in need. Her clinic was spacious, welcoming and relaxing (with an added sea view!) and I instantly felt at ease, with Steph talking me through what she was working on as she went. Steph was able to really help elevate my discomfort and gave me some simple stretching exercises to do in between visits. I cannot wait to return! Thank you so much, Steph- you're magic!

I came to see Steph at the end of July as I was having problems with my feet and walking.I cannot begin to explain how much she has changed my walking and foot strength and the impact that has had on me;from being close to tears in our first meeting about how much pain I was in, to our final session feeling so much more comfortable and strong when I’m on my feet all day.Steph is so attentive and helpful and is the reason I no longer have such terrible pains. I've been to see Steph on a couple of occasions for hip and back issues. Her knowledge and understanding of the problems was first class. She was able to diagnose and treat the areas along side recommending excersies and stretches to help the issues. Would highly recommend!

I went to see Steph following a disc injury that I’d picked up in the gym, and then again following some sciatic pain. The way in which Steph understood my injuries and the likely causes was incredible. Her excellent knowledge helped me not only heal in a timely manner, but also allowed to me to adjust my training in order to prevent further injury.Steph is amazing, I wouldn’t want to see any other practitioner and and I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone (I always do!).

After many months of constant hip pain, I visited Steph, who came highly recommended. After a few very productive sessions I have much more mobility in my hip and the pain has reduced significantly. Steph’s warm, friendly and professional approach made me feel completely relaxed and confident in her treatment. Will continue with the recommended exercises which have been so beneficial. I've been seeing Steph for a few years now, I had ongoing really bad debilitating bursitis issues in my hip, , neck, back and shoulder areas affecting all aspects of my very active life. I saw too many different physios and treatments with no lasting progress. I cannot recommend Steph more. I am stronger, more relaxed, and confident with how I need to progress in my daily life all due to Steph's brilliant and most importantly well rounded treatment. She takes the time during every single session to listen, she never rushes the treatment, super thoughtful and specific with her guidance, and always responsive to any queries I have on post treatment. I have never been this hopeful with a Physio and now I can just get on with my life!

Steph is an unbelievable osteopath. She looked at my lower back pain like no one else. Steph explains everything to me in a way I understand and has changed my approach for the better. Steph has been marvellous. I have had a slipped disc with sciatica pain. She has given me weekly treatment following a procedure injection at the hospital. Her advice and professionalism is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Steph is a brilliant Osteo. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years (due to a disc prolapse) and can’t recommend her highly enough. Steph is very thorough and caring. She takes time to understand the issue, always explains everything she sees and does and she is very good at, not only dealing with the pain but helping me understand it. Steph always takes a very holistic approach, she has given me great advice and her treatment always makes me feel better. She has also given me a lot of tools and knowledge that help me whenever I feel symptoms and she regularly adjusts my exercises to help me progress in my recovery. She’s a great practitioner who cares about her clients and who goes above and beyond in her care. I can’t thank her enough for all the support and help she has given me throughout the time I have been seeing her.
