We booked three white Glasgow Taxis for our wedding and would highly recommend the service. All communications were professional and emails were responded to quickly. On the day the cars arrived in good time at two different locations and waited until everyone was ready to leave. The cars were nicely decorated and clean and the drivers were so lovely, helpful and professional. Thank you again!

Ignore my last 5 star rating. Not the fault of the drivers but being kept waiting last night for over an hour for a prebooked taxi at the airport and being lied to by the controller and the app just making stuff up is the 2nd time this has happened in as many weeks. You try to support local businesses but please dont expect us to when youre not delivering. Feel sorry for the drivers being at the sharp end of rubbish booking services. Back to Ub*r for me unfortunately.Great, easy booking by phone or app. Why use the other " ones?"

Worst Taxi experience. Over 30 minutes late to pick me up from the airport which was prebooked. Rude agent on the phone when calling to ask where my driver is and the driver himself was rude too. No apology for being late, no greeting, just awful. Avoid this company. You’re better off using the accredited taxis that are available right outside the terminal.

Pre booked 2 taxis from braehead to paisley at 10am this morning. Took pre payment, neither taxi turned up and no communication regarding delay. Had to pay triple for Uber which we don’t like doing as prefer to support local. So disappointed..

Booked a wedding taxi to transport me my mum and bridesmaids to my wedding. There was some initial confusion/miscommunication day before and day of wedding with the cab but it did arrive and was dressed up beautifully and the driver was lovely

I pre-ordered a taxi on their website. In the end the taxi was deployed 10minutes after the pick up time, not arriving for another 9 minutes. Leading for me to miss my long haul train for my weekend holiday which cost quite a bit of money... Don't bother and use Uber instead.

Not even worth one star. Prebooked for a vulnerable elderly person and let the company know this in the notes. Elderly person was left waiting for half an hour before I was given an automated call to say the taxi was running late. The lady gave up exhausted and cold. I didn’t cancel to see how long they’d take to arrive…an hour and 15 mins later, still no taxi though 3 automated calls to say they are running late. Don’t rely on them. Prebooking means nothing. Terrible service.

Used Glasgow TOA site to book taxi for the morning. Easy to find and use. Booking confirmation by text.Taxi was bit late, but it was morning rush hour. Once allocated, you get WhatsApp message showing progress of taxi to your location.Taxi was modern, clean inside and out, driver friendly and get me to appointment right on time.Have used TOA many times and will continue to do so

We called Glasgow taxis a few times, mainly using the app, during our weekend away. Always good service and advance notice of arrival. Courteous and friendly drivers. Good quality proper cabs. Very happy with their service.
