Fantastic experience! Deva is absolutely amazing, caring and experienced.

A mixed experience, the salon staff were lovely. The main issue was that I wasn’t able to have a proper full wax as they advised the bed was recently broken and the bed they were using wasn’t suitable for plus size clients. This meant the wax wasn’t complete and not a great experience for me as a plus size person when I was already a little bit nervous about going in for my first wax appointment.

I have been Deva's client for more than 10 years. Brilliant service, always very professional. As a Brazilian client, I've always felt very comfortable and pleased with the treatment I have received by Deva and her staff. I do recommend The Waxing Spa for anyone that is looking for a perfect waxing result and a very friendly and personal treatment that intimate waxing requires.I couldn't not comment about a review I've just read that says Deva is racist and don't like Brazilians. What a nonsense! Couldn't be far from the truth. While problems can occur with different clients, I'm sure that this description does not fit Deva's profile.

De Morgan's vast experience in the field was evident, and she effortlessly guided me through the process in a calming and reassuring manner.De Morgan's expertise and friendly conversation made the appointment enjoyable, and I left feeling both satisfied with the service and grateful for the excellent customer care. Absolutely amazing service.Staff are professional and kind, they all made me feel very comfortable.I usually get a Hollywood wax, the waxing is to a very high standard with lasting results. Would highly recommend!

It was my first time at the waxing spa and I will definitely be returning. De instantly makes you feel relaxed and at ease. She is full of great advice and knowledge and I would recommend this salon to anyone, especially if it’s your first time having a wax. The salon itself is beautiful and the room smelt amazing. I have been going to the waxing spa and getting wax’s from Deva for the past 9 years I’m a plus sized woman 22stone for reference and have always felt so comfortable and have always had the best wax experience here. I have had multiple friends who I have recommended to go here who were also plus sized and they also felt so comfortable and looked after by deva I cannot recommend this place enough if I could give more stars I would !!

Would definitely recommend this clinic. De is really lovely and professional, she makes you feel so comfortable and is very thorough. Great experience, real hidden gem in Liverpool.

I have one and a half year experience with the Dee and she’s the best, she's not only doing her job perfectly but also taking care of me and for my skin. She treat me so well but also very kind and friendly I love to go to my appointments.
