New Look
The worst shopping experience I’ve had in years. I was in the changing room rushing as I was aware the shop was closing although staff had not said anything. My mum went off to the till to save time and the lady covering the changing room was aware of this. A couple of minutes later there was a shouting through the curtain telling me to leave and I was shocked this was at me again she told me in a rude manner asking me to go to the tills I then said my mum has gone to pay and the other lady knows this. She then shouted at me to get dressed aggressively and treated me like a child. Emily is a disgrace to the store and should not be working retail an unpleasant member of staff and a let down to the brand.

New Look
I asked for a paper receipt as it's a gift and almost got refused one. I'm not going here for gifts anymore unless you can guarantee paper ones going forward. I am a guy so I need paper ones. I'm not going here anymore just because of this... Sad news :( (tried to force me to give my email) (sad for older people with no email)

This was such a confusing shop lol. The layout made no sense at all. For a small shop it was so easy to get lost in. And the woman at the till was unnecessarily rude. When asked if I wanted a receipt printed I said no thank you but she - very angrily- printed me one anyway. Overall the experience was odd. Luckily there's a much better New Look closer to where I live as I wouldnt go there again

Staff are rude ‘that’s not my problem’ is a very poor attitude to have when working in retail/customer services! Especially when discussing a faulty product!

Mainly good for basics, have some absolute gems, reasonable prices, AMAZING for shoes (has a good range) and don't recommend buying jeans from new look

Really good clothes shop. Caters for the whole family.. shoes coats clothes. Accessories are all available. No parking. Wheel chair access lift.. escalators.

Well the shop was ok, staff decent enough but at aged 59, I was too old for most of the clothes, even though I liked them. But when you're given a gift voucher, you spend it. I did get a nice top and socks!

Just returned item to chester because cheshire oaks wouldn't help so young lady long dark hair every slim helped me she went out of her way to be helpful operator 7008244 thank you do much for you help and kindness
