Grants Garage

I have used Grants for the last 5 years, and have always had impeccable service from them! They are polite and courteous, and always call to let you know what the price is before going ahead with any work. This transparent approach is excellent, because it gives the customer the final decision, without any pressure.I am moving away from Brighton next month. If my new garage is even half as good as Grants, I know my car will be in safe hands.

I checked the feedback on the internet, and after my experience with them, I think it was written by them or friends. I changed the oil and filters ( simple thing ) and I had to drive the car back as they left the caps open oil all over the place and the scout protection under the car open, I also left them £20 tip to do a good job, a few weeks later I made an appointment to check it with the computer tester and change the pressure sensor, the car was in front of the garage from the morning until the afternoon and they didn't even touch it... I find it hard to believe that in a short time, they can order a part and change it, and also check with the tester too....

The front headlight on my Porsche Cayman S failed. This was 2 days after it had a major service that cost a fortune at my main Porsche garage which is 1 hour away. I tried Grants as they are local. Super helpful. Fitted me in later that day. Steve showed me the problem. Sorted it, and corrected another bulb too. £57 later and it was sorted. So happy to have found a local garage full of nice people. Would recommend. Thanks!
