Wonderful gem of a place in the middle of the woods. Scrumptious home made savoury pasties and cakes. Warm welcome always from the unbelievable volunteers. An oasis in Llanwonno forest.

Had a lovely looping walk.. Passed the cafe... Kept looping left up the path and came back around the other side. About 45 mins... The volunteer staff couldnt have been nicer and the photo of all the food you can see cost less than a tenner. Deliscious breakfast rolls and a pot of tea... And of course a bit of cake. There are toilets on site and a couple of free treats for the dogs. Will definitely be popping back in....

We had heard about this place but had never called in, until today. It is a beautifully clean, little cabin in the forest, serving bacon rolls, soup and cakes, plus drinks of course, so we purchased lemonade and delicious, bacon rolls with homemade, beetroot relish and we were made to feel very welcome. Our little dog was also allowed inside and he was offered a few dog treats. All in all, it's a little gem of a place and we will call again. The staff who served us were also very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us advice on walks to try in the forest.
