Staff in there was unprofessional, and it made me feel uncomfortable .The person who did my scan didn't introduce herself to me and didn't have a name badge.Her attitude was patronising when I asked for results she said I have a big fibroid, but the rest I find out of doctors .I wouldn't trust her to do my scan again. No people skills,I would not trust her to do my scan again

Clinic is located on the side of the Amex stadium, there is parking near the entrance (owned by the stadium.) Wheelchair accessible. Clean, no long wait, friendly receptionist, socially distanced waiting area.

Recently visited for an MRI scan. Excellent and efficient staff and seen on time with no waiting. However you desperately need some signage within the complex. It's a huge space with endless car parks and it isn't clear at all where to go.

I had an ultrasound, very professional clean and efficient just a bit odd that I had to ride 20 miles each way to get something done that could have been done in my local hospital a few miles up the road rather than paying a private firm to tell me what we already knew having already had an ultrasound been x-rayed twice.

I had a scan here in September 2023 and the lady who performed it was very kind, patient and took her time to make sure it was both thorough and comfortable. She was happy to answer questions and even recommended a podcast to help me further understand my body.I had to have a follow up scan, this time at the Hospital in Brighton and went in with hope it would be a similar experience but it was horribly clinical, rushed and the medical professional was in a mood, so if you get offered one at this centre, go for it!

Brighton Diagnostic and Treatment Centre
Easy to get to. Once in you will be directed to free car park which is about 100m down a slight hill from the centre. You need to leave enough tome to park & get to reception(5 mins once you drive past the welcome / security hut .Reception (which has toilets) is next to the scanning huts ( which are high tech) - you register then will be taken into the appropriate area. Excellent organisation & felt very safe ( covid)- staff great & explained everything.
