We are extremely fortunate to have found Lotus Home Care. They have been so supportive through the difficult time of transitioning into a caregiver environment. We are blessed to have them as caregivers who have developed a strong bond and relationship with my Mom. They give so much of themselves. They have become a part of our family. I am so grateful and appreciative of everything Lotus Home Care has done and continues to do for us.

Manager will deny clients the choice of time slots even when they have places to go- she expects my relative to stay in the home in their night clothes for her staff/ carers until 2/3pm- totally unreasonable for clients who are more active, no personalised care, this firm do not deserve any business, woman in charge of allocations is horrible, all staff are leaving, she discriminates and bullies people if you have any issues, as above/below we are looking elsewhere for our relative

Staff have terrible attitude and left and elderly gentleman with no food for over 2 weeks! Lotus Care Services are the worst in Wakefield. Vulnerable and elderly people are paying for a service that is completely inadequate. When contacted they are argumentative and rude. I will be reporting this so called ‘care service’.

We had an urgent need to have a carer within 5 hours and Lotus Home Care Team came through! The caregivers that were provided were very well trained to handle Alzheimer's and difficult situations that really provided comfort to me and my mum while my dad was sick. They were very trustworthy and I felt they were my eyes and ears when I could not be there. Also, they provided the same caregivers as much as possible which made my mum feel like she know what was going to happen!! I am so very thankful and would recommend the Lotus Home Care Team Always!!! They popped in with an emergency care plan too.

Absolutely disgusting care provider. Personally I wouldn't trust these with a dog let alone my love bed ones. Staff always busy on their phones. Trying to get people onto the commode knowing they aren't weight bearing and bed bound. You don't even deserve 1* I took my concerns to cqc has managment refused to speak to me regarding my mums care. I for one would never reccomend this company to anyone!!!
