Aneta and Kelsey were great to speak to and helped me to arrange a mortgage on my first property.I had always imagined that purchasing a property would be an extremely complicated process but with the help of FM, this was made much much easier. The service I recieved from beginning to end was excellent. Lynsey was thorough, pragmatic, and friendly. Contact was regular throughout and all information made clear. The follow up work by Kelsey kept things moving until the mortgage was secured, regular updates from both reduced potential stress. My wife and I completed our remortgage with the support of First Mortgage in Inverness. Our Adviser, Aneta was excellent. Aneta was very friendly, thorough and efficient. Aneta was able to secure us a good deal with no hassle. Once the application was submitted with the lender, Kelsey provided us with regular updates and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.I would highly recommend both First Mortgage, as well as Aneta and Kelsey at the Inverness office. We will certainly be back when our new deal ends.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers. Aneta and Kelsey were so helpful to us during the mortgage application process.Aneta helped us work out our disposable income, mortgage options and understand all the different rates etc.Kelsey then helped with the mortgage application and all the documents required to complete this.Can’t fault the service we had, will definitely recommend to any friends/family looking for their first mortgage in the future.Thanks again both!!
