Just Chicken (Swadlincote)

2x Chicken Tkika witch doner, only onion withcabbage, no cucumbers and tomatoes. All wet foodcannot be eaten. Chicken filet in a roll we got thewrong order with lettuce and spicy sauce, my childcried. Wife ordered Chicken Tika wet only onionsand cabbage no tomatoes and cucumbers ordered.Waiting for the order 95min, not cultured Staff.I amvery dissatisfied

Pleasantly surprised! I don't usual rate chicken places except the main 2 well know restaurants... this was a close runner up, some might even say better. The taste was amazing, perfectly spiced!Chips were so good too... service was brilliant, arrived withing 30 mins of ordering by a very friendly guy..Will 100% use again

Absolute shambles and the customer service is non existent!When you order online from their website it takes the payment and then the shop has to accept or reject the order. If the order is rejected then you have to wait days to get a refund! Because of this happening before.. I rang the shop 45 minutes before closing and asked them are they accepting online orders.. because I don't want to pay if the order is just going to be rejected.. the guy who answered said 'yes.. we are accepting online orders so place your order'..So I place my order online then I get an email to say its been rejected??I SPECIFICALLY RANG TO CHECK AND YOU TELL ME YOURE ACCEPTING ORDERS SO THAT THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN. Then they cut the phone off multiple times and then when I finally get through again to ask them why did they tell me to order.. they just make up a load of excuses.Been a regular customer for a while and I will never order from here again out of principle.This was on Friday and now I'm still waiting to be refunded my £30! Angry isn't the word. Especially when I rang up beforehand to make sure that this wouldn't happen.The people who run the shop have no idea what they are doing and no customer service skills whatsoever, not a brain cell between them.This is how you treat a regular customer? I don't think so.Will be posting on social media of your shoddy service and will be telling all my family and friends to never waste their time or money ordering from you.Well done for losing a regular customer.Gave you more than enough chances in the past when you've sent pink chicken! Not anymore.

If I could give a 0 star I would, this used to be our takeaway of choice for price and convenience. Ordered on a Tuesday so wouldn’t expect it to have been too busy, and they closed before delivering our order…! Just east said our for delivery and never arrived. Disgusting service.

First time eating here and wasnt disappointed. Top service! Friendly and welcoming. Big portions, perfectly cooked. Tasty, good quality chicken. Even gave me son a free Ben and Jerry's for his birthday.

It tasted good, arrived early… then partway through the meal I found this long piece of sharp metal embedded in the chicken. The rest went in the bin!!

We came in an bought a lot of chicken for the family and every single piece was absolutely amazing. The chicken is cooked to perfection, the spices are perfect, the chicken itself is nice and tender and the staff is so kind and nice. They also have a nice £2.99 burger meal offer from 12am to 4pm. Would recommend!

Best place ever until tonight. I swear the chicken was deep fried 3 x over? Chewy and slimey not the word. Gutted. Jx

If you love soggy, reheated cold food and out of date sauce that cost you 65p for a little pot, then come to this place. Ordered it on the first night of our holiday. The delivery driver couldn't understand my directions to our lodge meaning food was cold. The burger looked grey, like yesterday's left overs. It went uneaten. My chicken was pink and inedible. The only thing nice about this order was the pepsi in a can.
