Big store the layout is very weird. I like straight aisles so I can go up and down. Their front aisles end in the middle of 2 back aisles making it more difficult to know what aisles you've done. More expensive than a lot of supermarkets but if you are a savvy shopper there are bargains to be had

Massive queues at the check out with several lanes unmanned and other members of staff stood around chatting. Said good morning to the lady at my check out and got no response until I forced a response. Very miserable staff. We got the store made pizzas, awful when we ate them. Nowhere near as good as Morrisons pizzas. NEVER again. Aldi and Lidl, even HomeBargains are better than ASDA

Better than a lot of the other ASDA stores I'm used to back where I used to live, the staff were really helpful and patient with us as well. It was a nice visit.

Been in asda tonight and it's full of youths just running around screaming. They aren't even buying anything.Then as i was walking down one of the Isles 2 youths came up on electric scooters.It's time i took my custom elsewhere.I won't be returning again. It's just a free for all with no security. And no consideration for customers safety.

A well stocked store but the managers need accountability training for when issues ariseResponse to ASDAs reply:You advise that you will get this raised for improvements but surely you want to take more information from me first? For example the problems I have experienced with staff?Response to ASDAs 2nd reply:We visited the store on Saturday 20th September to complete a full grocery shop. When we got home we found a number of small flies inside a pack of sealed mushrooms.We contacted the store directly that evening and at first they offered a £10 gift card, which upon reflection was unsatisfactory as there could have been contamination onto the rest of the fresh food which we had to dispose of out of principle.With this in mind we called the store again the next day and spoke to the manager of food" who made accusations that we were irate which couldn't be further from the truth. I think given the circumstances we were very polite. The manager made the excuse that the supplier is at fault for this issue

Good amount of parking. Good selection of goods. Just changed the fridges which are really fogged up, so it's a little hard to find things. Fruit and vegetables aren't very well stocked at tines.

Seems to have most things most of the time. Although later on in the day the shelves get a bit empty. Crusty bread goes quickly. You can order George online and have it delivered here free of charge. Parking free.

Checked website for availability of an item at my local store which said low stock. Drove there only to find they only had a damaged one left. checked with a member of staff who said none left and none on order.Ordered item on line for click and collect and paid 50p for collection slot plus £3.00 minimum order charge.Day i was due to collect item i rcd a text message 1 hour before due to collect message said order cancelled message.Total waste of time
