Plenty of staff wandering around but no one jumped on till whilst there was clearly a moany customer in front hogging up the till and the queue was getting longer. Asked someone on the floor for help. Locating an item and they were not too bothered either. Staff really need a bit more motivation in this store.

Great staff support, I would have given 5 stars if there was a backup printer and system. They have only 1 printer and Ryan is the only knowledgeable person if either of them dont work then you have to wait or come another time ..
