I had a really bad experience when I went to the reception. The staff was chatting thier own story and none of them had a welcoming word to me. I stood there about long seconds and I had a question to myself: Are they going to help me or not? Then the girl started to talk to me. I said to her: I'm looking for a Ford transit tipper for hire. All of a suddon one of the gentlemen interrupted the conversation, What is he looking for pipper"? I mean!! how unprofessional is that? The staff are loosing money every day with this customer service skill."
