I shop weekly with my mother who is in a wheelchair. I need help to pack the goods as we have 2 separate lots of shopping. Generally the staff are very helpful but today's service from a new member of staff showed no disability awareness. I had to ask if he would pack and after that he just piled the second lot of shopping on top of the goods I had yet to put away.Sadly disappointed, the service we normally receive keeps me loyal but this was fundamentally lacking today...

I would like to know why they have not dropped the price of petrol, tesco llansamlet 141 tesco neath 141 petrol garage in trebanos 142. If it's down to the manager in the shop then please get rid of the manager.i would like to say that tesco as now dropped the price 3pence, that's a lot better. Hopefully they'll drop the other 3 pence soon to be the same as the other tesco petrol station.

Tracey who wears the head visor and works on the checkout is amazing. Absolute credit to Tesco. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. Fab with my son who has difficulties aswell.

What on earth are they doing! Removed nearly all checkouts. You need a map to go around the place. They have moved all the products around in a way that defies logic. A shopping experience that took 30 minutes now takes an hour. Sorry take my custom elsewhere where shopping is a more pleasant experience.

I would love more variety in vegetarian food, not only vegan. Also, most of the tills are now gone, so queues are crazy, and people are losing jobs. Also, people going through robotic checkouts are often hanging around waiting for assistance. The staff are BRILLIANT there though. Xx

Incredibly bad service yesterday with staff member being rude, offensive and barging into my wife. Will be thinking twice about shopping here now.

Toilets stink in this place, need a good clean and some air freshner. Shelves were not very full in the sandwich section, looked like nobody had a job to fill them. Big car park but a pain to get out of and back on to the main road.
