DFS Swansea

Came into store this morning , nobody else was instore . I sat and measured the items I was interested in and looked at the fabrics . Nobody came to assist me or even aknowledged I was there. I left after about 30 minutes of no assistance and no sofa ordered :(

Great store, Dan was a particularly good salesman. Very accommodating and helped us with the sofa we wanted and needed, didn't try and upsell.

Bought a new 3 piece suite here recently. From start to finish we had great customer service. We even had our furniture delivered well before the due date. The two delivery drivers that came where great. We didn’t catch their names but they have been delivering for dfs in Swansea for 23 years and even tho our furniture would not fit thru our front door they didn’t give up and knew exactly what to do to get it in. So thank you so much to them. Great service.

One of the first places you might think of for sofa shopping and for good reason as there are a lot of sofas here on display. Unfortunately, none of them seemed to meet our requirements and did not seem to be of as good a quality as some other retailers (non-sofa specialists). Prices seemed average for other places we visited.On our visit we beat the rush so no customers and lots of staff who were happy enough to leave us walk around without bothering us (a positive for me). One staff member was later very accommodating by showing my young child all the buttons she could push on various sofas to keep her entertained.Worth a visit if sofa shopping, just to try them out in person.

Ordered a sofa with meryl feb 23. She was very friendly, had great product knowledge and made the process really simple for me. Sofa was ordered, paid for and delivered within 5 weeks. Couldn’t fault the process at all. Even down to the delivery team. They handled everything and set up the sofa for us. One happy customer.

Daniel in DFS was absolutely wonderful to myself and my sister! He helped us out with our order and was so pleasant and helpful, he made our day! I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.
