I stayed at this B & B recently and cannot recommend it highly enough. We were greeted by warm and friendly hosts. The standard and cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The facilities were excellent and the proximity of the accommodation was close to the centre of Derry/Londonderry. The breakfast was of a very high standard with an array of choice. This B & B was excellent value for money and I certainly would recommend using this accommodation if you plan to visit Derry/Londonderry in the future.

This was by far the best B&B we stayed at on our trip from Dublin around the northern coast to Belmullet. Clare and Ciaran (and their beautiful children) were gracious hosts and did everything possible to ensure a wonderful stay for us. The two rooms (on the third floor) were HUGE with either a king bed or a queen bed. The rooms ran from the front of the house to the back, so there was plenty of light at both ends. Everything is immaculate, and the décor is very pleasing. The breakfast was delicious, and there were lots of choices. Be sure to stay here if you're in the Derry area.

Came home for a family wedding and was booked into this wonderful B & B stayed in huge beautifully decorated room with panoramic views of the river. the location was excellent in a quiet cul de sac 10 min from the city centre. The traditional Irish breakfast was exceptional with everything one could imagine and plenty on offer (there was also a wide selection of cold meats and cereals). Our hosts could not have been better or more attentive all in all an excellent place to stay. My husband I will definitely be returning

Quiet, clean, very well appointed, the smell of fresh baking brought us down stairs to breakfast with many items to chose from on the menu. Hosts were very pleasant & engaging.I would stay again if the opportunity was presented.
