Destiny Scotland - St Andrew Square Apartments

Five stars for this apartment. It's in the centre of Edinburgh, easy to find. The room has everything that you need. We stayed here only one night but we consider to be back in Edinburgh in the future and we surely consider Destiny Scotland Apartments to find an accommodation. Excellent service. Thank you

We had a nice stay here. Everything was nice and clean, the service was very kind and helpful. The appartement was cozy&comfy expect the loud streets but this is pretty normal for an area like this I think.

We had a good stay here for four nights. The location is fab for arriving or departing by train at Waverly Edinburgh and for exploring the city, and most tourist sites are within walking distance.The apartment is well appointed, and comes with a microwave, an oven, hob and even a dishwasher, which we did not use. It had a washer dryer combo which we did not even realise existed as it was tucked behind a small sofa. There are a mixture of cutlery and plateware, which is useful if you decide to dine in. Groceries are easy to obtain at the nearby M&S Foodhall or Sainsbury Locals. If you want a quick meal, Macs and KFC are located just next door.There are large windows that let in lots of light, which is welcome in the darker months. The heating is preset. The bed was comfortable, but a little small for this couple. Incidentally, our apartment was on the second floor.Staff are super quick to respond to any queries. Check in was a breeze with pre-arranged door codes. They do take a 200 pound deposit, but that helps to ensure guests return the apartment in the state as received, which we try to ensure anyway whereever we stayAs others have mentioned, there are around 30 steps to climb before you get to the lift. Lugging large suitcases up and down those stairs can be a challenge.

Destiny has a formula of modern/pop of colour/convenient/historic - and it works perfectly. Had a terrific stay in #6, absolutely everything we needed.Note: while having luggage storage in their office a few blocks away is convenient, there's zero security or process, so we returned to find our bags separated, with half on the other side of the storage area after we'd tucked them out of the way of all other bags. Anyone in that storage area had full access to everyone's bags.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. We walked to so many attractions and good restaurants. The apartment was spotless and a pleasure to be in. The window in the living room opened for fresh air. I also appreciate the keyless entries.

My GF and I had a wonderful break at 7 St Andrews square recently , the apartment has everything you need for a stay with the small kitchen been well equipped , a fab shower room and a cosy comfortable bed.The apartment was spotless when we arrived and is obviously well looked after and the digital door locking system is easy to remember and use .The biggest plus is the location , 200m from Waverley ,50m from Princes St and 100m from the nearest tram stop its slap bang in the middle of Edinburgh and despite that the room is really quiet with no noise or smells from the 2 fast food joints either side of the front door. My only complaint would be a layout of the rooms before you enter the lift as we werent sure of what floor room 7 was on and it took 2 attempts to find the right floor but thats the only negative for what was a fantastic stay , well recommended and we will be using again.

My husband and I had a lovely long weekend stay in Edinburgh at 9 South St Andrews Street. The room was clean and modern, easy to access, quiet (there was some shouting on the street below on Saturday night but we couldn't hear this from the bed) and in a fantastic location. It's very easy to access from the train station and right in the centre of town, walking distance to all the sights. We had everything we needed. We would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Destiny Scotland flat in St Andrew for 2 nights. The flat was excellent from all aspects, location right in front of Waverley Station, spacious, spotless and with all the amenities, so feels like home away from home.Highly recommended for a couple

Descubrimos este apartamento por casualidad y no podemos estar más contentos de nuestra elección.El apartamento está muy bien equipado y en muy buena localización junto a la estación de tren y a 5 minutos de la Royal Mile. Hay un supermercado muy cerca y si te gusta tienes varios locales de comida rápida justo al lado del portal.Lo único que mejoraríamos sería la televisión, ya que nos gusta ver un capítulo de alguna serie antes de dormir y como era un poco antigua no podíamos conectar nuestras cuentas de los servicios de streaming.Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

I was very impressed with the apartment. It was clean, fully furnished, including washer/ dryer, and in a very good location. I would definitely be going here again when I come to Edinburgh again.I would have given full 5 stars, but for two things - first, the 30 steps that you have to take to go to first floor before catching the lift is hard for 60+ people like us, and secondly, the dryer seems to be mal-functioning and we had to leave with damp clothes.Other than those two points, we were very happy with the aprtment.
