Vile seriously... in dec 202ü broken phone ie fake .... that almost blow up it was that hot it hurt my hand .... I emailed and phoned store within time period for refund ..went to store after lock down ended .... and shop was open ... to be told it was my fault.. was told to just get a charge back then from ya bank ... exact words .... then said I'm becoming thretening against 3 males and they said we are phoning the police im 5ft3 and was upset and i did cry i was descusted as rhey felt intimadated as i was crying and upset how descusting

Cash generators has always been there for me. Buy backs and selling. I buy them coffee and doughnuts every month for their hard work. Their prices are very affordable and you pay a small deposit and you have three months to pay off the rest. The town is strong due to their positive work system . Highly recommend:)

Tried to buy a ps2 game today (gran turismo) when a staff member said he couldn’t be bothered looking through the discs to find it as there was no number in the case. He couldn’t be bothered doing his own job! I have bought some great items here in the past with great prices but im not impressed at their customer service.

Great shop if you short if cash and you have some old electric stuff you want to sell and they also sell cheap phones and electric goods would definitely recommend this if your looking for cheap TV ie

I have nothing against this store or staff but i think more time needs to taken into consideration when buying and selling items as ive had quite a few things ive bought from here some hit and miss but why sell it if its faulty or been tampered with i.e had the warranty void stickers broken ect i was very dissapointed in the playstation 2 siver console i bought and had to return it due to it freezing and crashing gutted but thats another miss i guess happy i got my refund

This store loves to sell stollen items I had my drill stole and it was took into this store after being told by the police and me on a number of occasions that it was stollen they still past it from store to store until it was eventually solt in the Sunderland store quick to take in stollen stuff but not so quick to give them back to the owner
