Went as a group for the 4-course NYE meal. It was busy, but not loud. Food was pretty great, and we were absolutely stuffed by the time dessert came. Good portions, and the peppercorn steak sauce is super tasty. A little pricy, but we definitely got what we paid for. Service was very nice, although being NYE the waitress was very busy - understandably! We were very well taken care of. Beautiful space, good amount of seating, and great for people-watching if that's what you're into.

Our dining experience at Steak and Lobster before we left on vacation was made unforgettable by Christina's excellent customer service. Throughout our evening, Christina provided excellent hospitality and accurate recommendations, enhancing our evening to the fullest extent possible. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and smile enhanced our evening. There was an outstanding atmosphere, the steaks was perfectly prepared, the salad was very tasty, Lobster Mac was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. Thank you Christina for your excellent service, and we look forward to seeing you in the future. We highly recommend Steak and Lobster to anyone who is looking for a memorable dining experience.

We visited today for a meal with friends and was a pleasant experience. We would give the food a rating of 8/10 overall for the meals itself. However we would like to say a massive thank you to Christina who served us. She was lovely and really attended to us. Thank you as she made the visit a lot more enjoyable.

Starting with the positive, the food was well prepared and as flavorful as I have come to expect from restaurants in the UK. Absolutely nothing wrong with what they do, just a cultural difference. They tend to use more herbs and I am used to heavier spices. That said, I took no stars off for that personal preference and will note that all our steaks were cooked to proper temp and were tender.The problem comes in with the service! We were seated at a table for 4 with only 2 place settings. It took asking 4 times to receive eating utensils and, unfortunately, that was pretty standard service all night! One of our party received her food before the appetizers and a full 35 minutes before the rest of us received ours! We suspect that meal was delivered to the wrong table, but at the time it simply appeared to be fast service. In keeping with the theme of the night, requested condiments for our table did not arrive until the meal was more than half consumed. And, to top off the evening, after waiting over half an hour after the main course on the desserts we ordered (ordered DURING our meal because we had recognized the trends by this point), we just decided to give up and cancel the desserts and go ahead and leave! Magically, as if they had just been sitting there waiting all along, our desserts appeared as soon as we complained. Not one pence offered in discount for an abysmal 2.5 hour experience, and only a brief passing apology by a server from another section who had evidently noticed the struggle bus our section was riding on!! Overall, a horrid way to close out our visit to the UK!! Everyone at our table agreed we would have been better off grabbing fast food and turning in nearly 2 hours earlier to prepare for our flight. Would not recommend to an enemy!

We stayed at the Radisson Blue Edwardian hotel and decided to have our dinner here. Christina our waitress was really lovely and welcoming since our arrival. We had the steak and the surf and turf. The steak was incredible and so were the chips. Good lobster and salad. Beautiful riojA red wine. Christina made sure we were have a great time throughout the evening. Highly recommend it!
