If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute disgrace of a shop. Want to order an outfit? Then expect to get something else. Size, design and colour… everything was wrong!

What business in this day and age doesn’t have a telephone number. Absolutely ridiculous. Drove from Manchester and the shop was shut at 11.15 am on a Monday morning. Shocking.

The shop always smells of cigarettes so bad to the point where its unbareable to breath.Would never ever risk buying anything from them as the clothes and jewellery must smell terrible. Its a shame as they do have lovely items but this is just unacceptable.

Never go here all give different prices rude horrible disrespectful lad working their does not know how to talk to elders disgusting attitude and was swearing before we left the shop. Would never ever go their again.

Some of the pieces are beautiful it’s a shame that the younger lad has disgusting customer service. One girl I believe is called aysha is great though. Need more staff that speak English. I got accused of stealing when I literally spent £50+ on my products, by “furqan” because his colleague couldn’t speak English and explain what I needed exchanged as it came broken and “aysha” wasn’t in who is the only other English speaking staff other than the rude boy. His first sentence was “how do I know you’re not lying” when I clearly handed him my items I got from home. Another lady went into personal bag!! and got another item out even though I had already paid for that previously. Only shop here if the hijabi Pakistani lady who speaks English is in or you’ll get terrible customer service. Avoid the lad at all costs.

We ordered 4 outfits on 3rd June, and had to pay extra £50 just to change the colour of the dress. This was okay, we agreed on everything and it would arrive 20th July. Not only did it get pushed back 3 weeks, 5 days before the wedding day, the customer service was so poor. They kept pushing the delivery date back without informing us, I had to call multiple times to check up on them as they would not call me to let me know if the outfit was ready or not. I went twice in person to talk to them and no one in the shop knows whats going on and they kept rolling their eyes as well as being so defensive to us. I was polite the whole way until one lady said for me to wait until the boss comes which can be anytime between 10am to 7pm. That was stupid, the lady could hve just called them but would rather wait for me to shout at her then she actually called the boss up. When the dress finally came, the man was being rude and said “but your wedding hsnt passed yet” and he shouted at my uncle saying take the deposit then and leave the dress behind. Of course we couldn’t do that as we needed the outfit for the wedding in 5 days. Absolutely poor customer service, I wish I had read the reviews before making an order there. It may be good for one off purchase but never for anything customised.

Brilliant jewellery and clothes with really nice designs. Very kind and welcoming shop owner. Reasonable priced items very very impressed would definitely recommend this place they do all sorts of clothing and jewellery for any function!
