Excellent customer service that always seems to care. We rarely have issues with our orders but when we were missing three products from our order, they got back to me quickly regarding my issue and arranged a redelivery. Truly appreciate my experience shopping online and will continue to do so.

Love Iceland.I'd recommend the stone baked Chicken and garlic pizza at £3. It's lovely.Compared to the over priced Tesco, they give the best discounts on reduced price food.

Iceland do delivery to the door, but not entering in the property. However some of the drivers refuse to deliver even to the first floor and argue with treating words to cancel the delivery “if we tech them how to do their job” . Store support ensures they do delivery to the first floor, but may not in every occasions?!So finally you do home delivery or not?

Excellent variety of fresh fruits, baked food items, mocktail drinks, canned food, juices, baked bread, cornflakes and even alcoholic drinks like whiskey and vodka. Big deals on select products.Good quality, fresh products and there were no queues at all. Payment was quick and staff was responsive.

I was there and the main thing i want to tell the store manager about , That one person how work on that store stood on the food freezer and any customer can see him he did not care and when he finished after 10 mins he did not clean the freezer class door.I did not talk with him because there were many workers and security man and should be one of those know the rolls unless it is part of their work.Note: this the 2nd time i saw that but the 1st time was on Eastham Iceland she stood up on the freeze on same way and did not care or respect the customers.Hope the Head office can do something …..

Iceland Foods is a great place for stocking up frozen food as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.I was there to get some eggs for someone because they said it was good that you get 10 for a quid.Since I was there, I ended up getting some Halloween edition Toffee Apple soreen loaves.

Great store. Always get what you need. Always have water. Which is great. On offer £3.75. Never to busy. But why haven't they had cathedral city mild chedder. Have they stopped selling this. Used to get a good deal??

Excellent range of products in a newly revamped supermarket. This is as good as an Iceland store gets. Customer service could be better. Nice range of Halal products.

Pretty much as expected. They could probably do with arranging the aisles so there are spaces in the middle to go to the next aisle, otherwise they're a bit long.

Very unhelpful store, nobody on tills pushing everyone to use self service tills, 1 member of staff just handing out carrier bags. Would not use this store again. Other Icelands I have used are very helpful especially when you are a disabled customer with trolley and walklng stick. Asked if someone could go on tills told no even though there were 2 workers chatting while moving stuff around on a shelf. Would explain why store was so quite.
