My car completely seized up due to broken clutch arm, car actually broke down at the garage. They fitted me in and provided a courtesy car whilst the repair was being conducted, and took the time to explain the actual parts and repair process to me. Car runs better than it has done for a while! Thank you again

Burgess and Taylor saved my holiday to Spain! Van picked up a strange ‘wobble’ on Xmas eve, thought it was a wheel balance issue but after getting them balanced the problem persisted! Bit stressful as was meant to be leaving UK on the 2nd and tricky booking a garage between Xmas and New Year! Went in on New Year’s Eve and asked if they had any space and they luckily had space on the 3rd (next day of business).I had an idea of the issue, but B&T diagnosed it and sorted the problem really quickly. Didn’t cost the earth either and the guys were really friendly and professional.I don’t live locally unfortunately but if I ever have any issues with my van whilst visiting family in Newton Abbot, Burgess and Taylor will be my first port of call!Highly recommended
