Asked for 3 chicken bakes didn’t realise they was the frozen ones from iceland staff are nasty wanted to take my mukkas head off for asking for a sausage roll

Friendly staff and good service. But like most retail these days prices are going up, £3.40 for a bacon roll and regular latte. No longer good value and the quality isn't great.But no criticism of the staff or service.

Moody staff only wanted to give me half my order and when I asked for the rest of my order about took my head off wish I never asked as food was still frozen anyway

Wasn't great, place was dirty, burger King and monster drinks left around, and there was a spray bottle on its side by the cakes, and crumbs inches front of the tills, and drinks were very low. Wouldn't recommend it, not very professional at all.

Great food as always, stopped for a good value Bacon roll and a cuppa for breakfast, it was needed

Nice and clean, great food. The only disappointment was a slow service and 'hiked' motorway service prices. I don't recommend Greggs at this location.

There is a woman that works in here I’d say about 40’s possibly 50’s and she is the worst person I think you could have on customer service. Her attitude stinks. My colleague has an allergy to butter and she doesn’t even communicate which one of our baguettes have butter in she just gave them both to us and made us move on. She is atrocious

Stopped here on a trip to Wales, had 3 coffees and one hot chocolate, good service, and the coffee was good and the hot chocolate piping hot.
