First time we’ve used Dusty and we were so impressed with his professionalism. He arrived on time and carried out a service to the stove, replaced the rope and cleaned the chimney. Everything was left completely clean. Dusty gave us some useful tips and we intend following his advice. We have booked him in for a mid term sweep in January and will have him return next June for the annual service. We highly recommend Dusty

Dusty was punctual, very professional and did a first class job and cleaning the flue on my wood burner. Included pictures, advise and a certificate to boot. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and will continue to use his services on an annual basis. Thank you Dusty, see you next year!

A professional experience from start to finish with a focus on providing a quality service without compromising on your safety both in regards to fire safety, double checking just to be sure as he has not worked on our chimney before, and covid.Dusty ended up putting a camera into the flew as the configuration was a little atypical. Turns out it's all ok and safe to use and he has issued us a certificate for the works.What's more Dusty found a brush left in the chimney by a previous sweep... Obviously they were not as good as Dusty is.Same time next year please.
