The weather was awful, but the driver was excellent. He managed to navigate successfully and get me to my appointment on time comfortably. I would highly recommend this company.

I booked a taxi with plenty of time to spare before an important appointment, the taxi didn't arrive. I rang the company to see what was happening and was told that they would check and get back to me and I still heard nothing and the phone was then not answered again. I have had to cancel my appointment. Never use this company, totally unreliable

Booked the night before. Turned up 20 mins early in the wrong place despite giving google maps coordinates. Drove over the speed limit the whole time whilst using his phone the whole way. He was not paying enough attention to the road, we had heavy breaking and tight corners. Only accepted cash and was grumpy we were not ready when he had arrived too early.Would not use again

I booked a taxi with another company and they didn’t show up. Worcester cabs got a taxi to me in 5 minutes! Mr Ali was a great driver and so friendly! He did everything possible to make sure I didn’t miss my train. Thank you!

Horrendous. Left waiting in the rain. Requested a 9pm pick up from airport, when called at 9, told 10mins. Finally picked up at 9.50, and when rang for updates, not told truth for arrival time. Will not use again. Definitely don’t recommend using.

The operator was very rude on the phone and when i booked a cab, i called back 30 mins alter to receive an update and the operator says i did not book a taxi and straight up lied. Eventually he did book the cab and after waiting for 40 mins, Operator declined my calls multiple times and ended up blocking my number. Very unprofessional company.

Such a shame. Perfect on the outward trip. On time and a perfect taxi driver. But to get home didn’t want to know us. Got very shirty with us on the phone and kept telling me to stop trying to tell me how to do my job. Left me and my family including my 84 year old mother in law stranded. Thank god for woober. Never again

The driver was speaking on his phone when he picked us up. He opened the boot door for our suitcases but made no attempt to help put them in - just continued talking and pointed to the space. I am in my 70's and my husband mid-80's. We had no assistance with the doors. He continued on his phone for some minutes and at the end of that conversation he made a further call. He did not even say hello/good morning.
