Been here for fixing my Samsung A30 screen replacement, they have charged £55 for the total replacement, which was absolutely fine initially. But within a month the screen stopped showing up, there were no cracks on even a hairpin crack on the screen, been to them again--they claim that it was internal damage and then they charged me £50, which was really awful, asked about the warranty of the screen for initial one which they refused and pushed the blame on the supplier.Interestingly, they were literally good and polite on the first visit but on the second visit was the complete opposite.In nutshell, the accessories they provide are very low-graded, which is why they charge you compared to others, definitely not recommended.Never ever will use their service again.

Took an old Nexus phone for a screen repair. They returned it even more broken then before it went in. In the end they ended up replacing the entire phone for another one since they couldnt fix it. Stay well clear

Asked for a price estimate to unlock my phone from network provider. Was told it would take 2 days and would be £200. My dad managed to do it online for free in around 10 mins. Another time my mum took her phone in to get screen replaced and cost £80, however the new screen had made half the screen unusable and when she complained they put her old cracked screen back on with more cracks on it. Also bought a phone case that lasted a few days before it started peeling. Overpriced and useless

I hope I had read the review here before I went there. I got my phone screen replaced on 30th 12, 2018. It broke by itself after 1-2 week. The cracker got bigger and bigger everyday till it reached two edges. The shop manager and staff refused to do anything for this situation. The replacement costed 50 pounds. They would do me a favor to put another one with 30 pounds. Why would I take the risk to do it there again while other shops can do it with 35 pounds with much better quality and service.

AMAZING SERVICE.My daughter had dropped her iPhone XR and I thought it was completely broken, it wouldn't start, it wouldn't charge it was completely dead. I took it to these guys who took my phone for a couple of days, tested it and found it needed a new part which they ordered and replaced. The price was very reasonable and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you I thought I had lost a £600 phone.I have used these guys in the past too and completely trust them and their prices are always low.
