I had Calder valley electrical come and re-wire my property I had recently bought. Michael and Greg both came out to look at what i wanted doing. they put ideas across to me which where very helpful. They was a really good team and worked well together as a father and son, both very happy workers, polite and did a fabulous job. made the work enjoyable as difficult as it was nothing got too much. They made me feel comfortable with the work they was doing and answered any questions I had about the job. I highly recommend, I look forward for my cctv and security alarm. thanks guys

I used Calder Valley for an electrical inspection report and certificate prior to renting a property out. They also replaced an old consumer unit. Very efficient, friendly and professional, they are also quick to respond to any queries you may have. I will not hesitate to use them in future.

Chose Calder Valley Electrical to put some lights at my stables. With dark nights coming quickly greg was able to move things around and get it sorted within a few days which was so helpful! Very professional service and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future

Had three quotes for this job and went with Greg whose quote was in the middle of the three. Came out within days to do the work. I’m really happy with the service and the standard of work I received. Would recommend to anyone!

Greg and his team recently performed a full rewire of my property and at the same time installed data cables as well as added a few new sockets and fixtures (e.g. Outside lights).From start to finish the process was as painless as possible given the scale of the works involved. Greg worked with me throughout the process to accommodate me where possible and was receptive to changes as I requested them, including adding additional jobs.They fell pretty much in the middle in terms of price when compared to other quotes I received, but that doesn't give the full story as the parts and workmanship were excellent.They were also able to come the quickest out of all the quotes, which when you are without power in your house is a life saver.Once the work was finished they cleaned up after themselves and left the house in a livable condition.While some, unavoidable, decorating will be required after a job like this it was clear thought had been put in to try and minimise this as much as possible.The guys even went as far as fixing a couple of things that were beyond the scope of what would be expected (such as rehanging a door that had fallen off before they started).It's safe to say that should I need any further work carried out in the future I will be coming back.

Great electrician and even greater bloke. Helped with my home renovation from start to finish - rewiring through to final light installations. They were willing to take on anything that was thrown at them on what was a tricky project, all while being great communicators and reasonably priced. Will be my electrician for all future jobs and would recommend to anyone.

Work carried out: Installed armoured cable from house to provide electricity to greenhouse and garden room. From start to finish Greg was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The quality of work is excellent, and I was very impressed that he cleaned up when the work was finished. I highly recommend and it is very reassuring to know such a great electrician for any future work. If any friends or relatives are looking for an electrician, I will be passing on Greg's details.

Greg was professional, polite and friendly through the entire process. He fitted a set of 8 overhead lights for us and his service was knowledgeable and efficient. The job was done much faster than we anticipated and for a very good price. Can't recommend him highly enough, he's now our go-to electrician.
