I had a wonderful facial and neck, shoulder and back massage. It was the perfect pressure and Rachael was very professional. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and will definitely look to go back for another treatment

Don't waste your time... literally!Unfortunately I didn't get to experience any 5 star service-due to her bad communication!Rachael said she can book me in at 10.15 to do my wedding nails.So I got to Redhill nice and early for 10. She then called to say she is running late, as she has had to collect her daughter from holiday club, so will be there at 11 and she would meet me at the shop. So I said fine and waited, I then got to the shop at 11, I called her and she told me she was there, and just parking. I waited, still nothing, so called back at 11.15- she said she was still struggling to park and it may take her 20 mins, or she could even come to my house, I was very confused by this point, as If this was her place of business why would it take so long to find parking, and why would you come to my house when we are both in the same area? I tried to ask her what should I do, she wasn't replying and it was obvious she was not even in the area, let alone driving! She hung up and left me waiting with no response at all, I gave up after trying to call back.I luckily found someone who could do my wedding nails nearby, who did an amazing job for way cheaper!I then texted Rachael at 12, telling her I would have understood if she told me in the first place she couldn't make it and not left me to just wait there for nothing and she only responded to me at 1.30pm.Really bad service.

Amazing service and I feel like a whole new person! Rachael is very customer conscious and makes sure you are comfortable and at ease throughout. Been a few times now and have already booked my next appointment!

I booked in for a back facial treatment and a Deluxe pedicure with Rachael a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful and relaxing. Rachael is very professional, friendly, thorough and does not rush with the treatments, which is very important to me. The products she uses are excellent and I like that Rachael takes the time and care to explain each step of the treatments. I will definitely be back for more treatments. Highly recommend!

Rachael was AMAZING! She fit me in for a hot wax appointment! She was quick and efficient and very friendly! I would highly recommend her as she made me feel at complete ease!Best was in Leatherhead! Xx

Rachel is so amazing, an hour of amazing massage, full body with hot stones. She is very professional, best massage would definitely recommend. Can't wait for next one.

Kathryn was amazing. I had the most wonderful massage ever. She mixed all the difference type of massages including aromatherapy & she really worked the muscles where I had tight knots. I felt so relaxed and it was heaven! Definitely coming back again!
