Dimond Nails Bolton

Have been going here a lot, but today myself and my partner came in to have our nails done, and was greeted by a very abrupt man, who seemed unimpressed that we arrived just before 6pm (they shut at 7pm). He proceeded to rush through our nails, making us choose nail colours, and only nail varnish, after initially refusing what I originally wanted and saying no to acrylic colours. He slammed about and huffed when we hadn't chosen quick enough. Owner came in half way through and finished my partner's nails. However, the nails were rushed and uneven, and they even started shutting up the shop around us. It's sad because it used to be a fabulous shop to have your nails done, and now it feels like we were an inconvenience. We won't be coming here again. It's a treat to have nails done, yet my anxiety was through the roof due to the rude and impatient manner in which we were treated.

Great little salon. One massage chair for pedicures. I ended up having acrylics put on my nails too. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and did a great job on my pedicure and acrylics.

Booked and appointment and hour before to get my daughters acrylics removed however when I arrived they were busy … waited over an hour but wasn’t seen so when I told them how long I had been waiting he started being rude.. he then started rushing my daughter and hurting her and made her bleed. I understand they were busy and waiting times are longer However just because you wanted custom don’t overbooked and give realistic time frames as I only booked and hour before so surely they would have known that they are running behind. Very poor customer service

Love Diamond Nails! Yes sometimes there is a wait but they replicate any nail design! And it’s not too expensive and you can walk in and pay by bank transfer or cash. Also never had a nail break!

I came here today and my nails are shocking. They are not even lengths and I am not happy plus they still charged me full price saying my nails are too short when uve been there previously and had them longer and a lot nicer. They just look like tiny squares on my fingers my little sister has done a better job with her stick on nails. I'm fuming they are so rude!!!

If you want to get your nails done by friendly technicians then don’t go here, I went today and the 3 male and 1 female spoke constantly in what was I assume Chinese and made no conversation AT ALL with the 3 clients they were treating, in fact the guy doing my nails spoke only one word to me, and that was “swap”, he ever asked me if I liked the colour I had chosen, henever asked me a damn thing. Will not be going back there EVER......

The most lovely staff and I loved my nail’s definitely recommend. Quick service and cheap prices!

Rude and completely disorganised. Book appointments and they never stick to times. Often waiting over an hour and being told 5 minutes repeatedly.Depending on your technician you can get a really poor job. Would not recommend
