Very unhappy with service. Had rear window changed by mobile emoloyee but noticed water was leaking inside the boot. They have sent another one which reinstalled window but it was still leaking. Third appointment, on day I was asked to come to their garage so they could check on special device where water is coming from they used hose with water to do it. Found that seal on spoiler clips are broken and did admit, it was probably done by their employee but they don't take responsibility for fixing it and blame it on seal's age. Send me to get seal from Ford but you can not buy seal by itself and whole spoiler needs to be changed which is over £200. Also noticed that clips on side panels of the car were glued back with black glue, same as was used in the window, so I assume it was also broken when taken off. Autoglass broked part that needed to be taken off to put the window and claims it isn't their responsibility to fix it. It's like putting double glazed windows in the house and breaking piece of wall and leaving it as house is old. I am furious with treatment and their approach.

Excellent efficient service. Really knowledgable technician- job completed earlier than estimated. Was called as promised when ready, whilst in the cafe down the road. Fabulous experience.

They replaced the windscreen on my car in Bromsgrove, said that he had done all the checks without running me through anything. He hadn't closed the bonnet on my car properly, which lead to it lifting up on the dual carriageway almost causing me to crash and writing off my car. When I reported this to their branch about what had happened. He fabricated a story to say that he had shown me that my washer fluid was low, basically saying that I had not put the bonnet down properly, when he had not done that at all and I had no reason to open my bonnet after the windscreen replacement, so he outright lied, by claiming that I was making it up. He even forged my signature on the car check form after the fitting which I didn't ever see. Autoglass sent over people to look at the car, to which they then washed there hands of me and didn't offer any help me with my excess or compensation for their employee's incompetence. I will never use them again and I would recommend that no one else should as they will not look after their customers from one of their so called technicians errors.

1st windscreen they replaced leaked like sieve and they left me to attempt to dry out the carpet myself. I got at least 3 litres out of it, it would have never dried by itself. Then when they replaced it again they damaged my car. Still not sorted yet but even if they do the customer service has been shocking from start to finish.Edit: The technician was helpful enough but let down by a terrible company and bad procedures.

The guys on the frontline fitting and repairing windscreens from this company couldn't get a better review from me! Stunning technical engineered service.However, the whole operation is let down by extremely poor administration and planning from those in the offices.This is the second time my insurance has used this company to replace windscreens in my car over a 2-3 year period.Unfortunately even with clearly documenting in the assessment survey to book a visit that the screen impact is a double impact" and well above 4cm

Replaced a broken windscreen half an hour quicker than estimated.All the staff I dealt with were on the ball and friendly.Must have excellent cleaners as the toilet was immaculate.Waiting area seats were comfortable.Highly recommend if you have a car that can’t take advantage of the mobile fitting. ( smart cruise etc. )
