Wow, I had a look at the reviews to see if this store has improved any in the two years I’ve boycotted the place. It looks worse? It’s my local supermarket but I stopped going due to no staff. Self service doesn’t work properly and/or you need a staff member to verify products?? They take ages to come as they’re busy due to lack of staff. Or go the the checkout with one staff member on, and queue for ages there? I think I’ll continue giving this store a wide berth!

Discusting customer service, after just trying to finding a product (nothing crazy just mushrooms in a tin or frozen)the staff i asked (one older man was a little helpful) the other kept walking me around looking for any sign, then just got on without any indication of telling me if they had any or not. I resorted to going to customer service...where a rude girl first thing she said to me was you cant get served here! (Not hello, how may i help) just that! I told her i dont want serving, i want help wondering if they sold tinned mushrooms. 4 people behind the till and not one person knew, so she said we dont do them"Not only are people who work there rude

Absolutely terrible security man twice this big security man. No I won’t call him a man that’s disrespectful to all men. Pushed me in chest and accused me of carrying a knife. I demanded the call police. When police came. I told them he assaulted me twice. He said it was self defence. I had a knife in my pocket. Police took me to secure area and searched me. They found nothing. This is not over with. Bullying against a 70 year disabled pensioner is a crime don’t care what Asda says.

Today I had to ask for a child's swimming pool, so my very poorly dad could have a make shift bath downstairs, the staff were extremely supportive and found one for me, thank you to the excellent staff....they had our back.

WORST ASDA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. POLICE ASSISTANCE NEEDED!!!!!Nipped in to get a drink and go to the toilet after flying back to Manchester airport with our two year old. The women's toilet were dirty and two toilets were blocked! Went to change our boy and the baby unit had weed and white powder on it!!!! Went to report and they weren't interested at all! Just told us someone would go and clean it. I will be taking this further.

This store is terrible you can never find anything as most shelves are empty. It is not a good shopping experience. The queues are so long it's just not managed properly. Where are all the staff. It's getting worse. Elderly people who can barely stand being made to wait an age to be served. Not good enough.

Workers especially the blonde one is quite annoying get rid of I don’t want to deal with its temper tantrums.The owner needs to look forward into getting new set of workers.The owner can’t afford to lose customers over people who can’t do their simple job properly.We are here to shop not to deal with any workers temper tantrums or anger issues.
