I use Danny regularly for a frozen shoulder and to ease stiffness in my upper back. The man is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always explains to me what he’s doing and why it is effective!Rare to find someone this good at what they do!

I have weekly PT sessions and regular massages from Danny to help strengthen and improve my posture after suffering from back pain. I have trained with him for 10 weeks now and can massively see and feel a difference.
