I can not praise or thank these guys enough, they saved Christmas 2021 for us.They provided exceptional customer service and support and delivered new parts that we need in the week before Christmas and then to really outdo most modern companies, when it turns out I had ordered the wrong thing and been talking rubbish to them they sorted the issue out and delivered replacement parts so that we could still get away on Christmas Eve.Thank you

Brilliant service, needed a starter motor for my Saab and they had one in stock.Cheaper than everywhere else I'd tried and it was in better than brand new condition (if that's possible).

Spot on, highly recommended!I made some enquiries about an alternator I needed through their Ebay page and popped over the their sales office in Cannock to confirm and collect as they also had the correct one i stock. They double checked I was getting the right one and were cheaper than a lot of other suppliers. Happy days! :-)

Very proffesional service ,i purchased an alternator and starter motor for my van before i could run it the loom shorted out due to the battery!! . I took the two back hoping for a gesture part refund , they said sure can we test them first , I said of course , they did so and they were perfectly happy to refund IN FULL !!! I recently had cause to swap a battery that had stopped holding its charge after 18 months of use & still under warranty from CJF, I delt with Mark who upon hearing the problem instantly connected his test equipment to establish what the problem was & then swapped the battery with a brand new fully charged one & extended the warranty for another 2 years totally free of charge..Customer service doesn't get any better than the service & information that I have received from these guys over the years, plus I have had one of their high output Alternators on my 5.3ltr Range Rover for 3 years now without any problems, and I would have NO hesitation What So Ever in recommending these guys to a family member..10 out of 10 for Professional Advice, Excellent Customer service and Pricing that beats all the local & Internet suppliers every time..
