The experience at Warners Citroen Tewkesbury was great because Henry, the salesman, was knowledgeable and very friendly but not in your face". We travelled an hour to see the vehicle and we spent 1/2 a day with Henry doing the paperwork and everything necessary. He went above and beyond by then delivering our new car to our home later the same week saving us travelling again to pick it up. Really really impressed."

After dealing with other miserable Citroen dealerships , can’t stress enough how good the customer service is here , Dealing with mark and I’m very impressed so far , very polite , actually wants to help you , explains clearly what’s happening etc , a lot of other dealerships need to take note on this level of customer service being provided here.Very impressed and is a credit to your company.

My mom and her partner purchased a vehicle from Henry currie so called sales person only gave then limited information about the vehicle didn't show them how to use the ramp which I had to do yesterday never offered a test drive and any information about the tax on the vehicle and was going to find out why when insurance the vehicle it came up with being a diesel there is also flacking paintwork on the runner that was never picked when it was valated it was there choosing to by the vehicle In the end I would never by a vehicle from your dealer throught lack of information given

We have recently bought a new Motability vehicle through Warners of Tewkesbury. This was our first time using this scheme & the help & guidance that we received from Henry Currie was second to none. Everything was explained from start to finish including giving us plenty of time to look over a demonstration model. When we collected our vehicle Henry again, took the time to demonstrate & explain the specifications of our new car & made sure we felt confident before we drove away. A few days later Henry phoned us to see if we were still happy & everything was alright.

I have just bought a 2 year old C3 from Warners and couldn't be happier with my purchase.Henry Currie,the salesperson,was professional,courteous and very helpful.He went through everything in great detail and answered all my questions clearly.A lovely friendly atmosphere in the showroom with hot drinks supplied as soon as we arrived.An enjoyable experience from start to finish.Id highly recommend Warners and Henry Currie.

Warners were absolutely amazing this afternoon. I broke down on the m5 and got my car to limp on to their forecourt! Despite just turning up with no warning, within minutes they were looking at my car for me. I was expecting to leave my car there to be looked at next week but after quickly identifying the issue and sourcing a spare part from another garage my car was fixed and on the road within an hour! Thank you so much, you all went above and beyond what was expected on a Friday afternoon!
