I had a custom made bullet created by them and I'm more than happy with their work.

Came for new batteries in a couple of watches and to have a link taken out of one. They did it while I waited and charged a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

I have been taking watches to these lovely people for some time now (forgive the pun!). Nothing is too much trouble. Their levels of honesty and customer care are second to none. There have even been a couple of occasions when I have had to force them to let me pay for minor repairs. You just don't need to look anywhere else. My son says thankyou for repairing his watch today btw.

I take all my broken odd jewellery in with a simple design. I get regular updates and design interactions. So far they have made one outstanding piece that is a one off from my own design. It was so good I have commissioned another again from odd bits of gold silver diamond. These pieces will always be very dear to me as they were designed with loss in mind. From odd bits of scrap to now 2 commissioned stunning pieces of art in precious metals and stones. I always get asked where did I get that from. Service is always superb, friendly caring thoughtful and artistic jewellers and staff. I will now only ever go here as they are BRILLIANT ARTISTIC and CARING!

Staff are so warm and friendly. Very helpful after loosing a diamond in my ring took here and was so pleased with result. Whilst there Jane advised me to get my wedding ring and engagement ring resized as both was digging into my finger. Very pleased with result. Apart from being happy with prices and results I think it's the friendly staff that make this business wanting you to return. Thank you so much x

I was recommended to call by a Happy customer. A Signet Ring needed re-sizing. the measuring was done twice to ensure a Perfect fit. The cost estimate was very reasonable, and the work done superbly. Many thanks to all.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Have yet to see my jewellery alterations. They were very confident they can fix them, so I'm quite excited to see them finished.
