The Grove Car Park

We work in the town and did use your car park each day.... we were 15 minutes late moving the car and got a £60 fine ... not £35.00 fine £60 pound fine .... sorry but won't be parking here againWe had parked a couple of times in the car park and days after our first overpriced fine we got another. We were 1 hour 5 minutes when we paid for 1 hour another £100.00 pounds never again be careful as they don’t care about the circumstances they care only about the money in the fine … rip off merchants

Nice carpark plenty of parking spaces and a great price :)

Lots of work vans, working in the nearby aldi new build, using this car park, taking most of the spaces and putting cones to reserve their places. Really annoying.

Great car park close to shops and attractions only £2 for 4hrs can't go wrong!

Parked here to visit the cycle shop very quickly so only paid for 1hr, during waiting for my tyre to be repaired an elderly lady had a fall and we waited with her until a ambulance arrived as we were the first responders. A few days later my grandparents passed away and we was away from home for 2 weeks, and during this time received a letter stating we owe £170, and our appeal time surpassed. Smart Parking ltd that operates the fining, are a very shady company and our fine has been passed to Debt Recovery Plus, yet again a company you don’t want to deal with as they only offer a pay in full service, can’t tell you who actually owns the car park to appeal in the correct fashion. Even the local council do not recommend you park here due to the fining process
