Went along with my sister and her partner who rave about these sessions. I found really motivating to work out in a group and Rob is very encouraging! The two classes I've been to were each very different so it's great if you get bored easily. I will be back!!

a really superb location for this one! Love it because this is the best terrain for kettle bells and rope throwing! the camaraderie and the people make these sessions a pure enjoyment... oh and I am usually happy, de-stressed and wrecked by the end, exactly what I am looking for !

Hard work but always engaging and good fun! This isn't a shouty and aggressive bootcamp, the instructor is both supportive, motivating and knowledgeable. He's particularly good at making sure the exercises take into account my previous sports injuries so they aren't exacerbated.
