Buzz Bingo and The Slots Room Carlisle

Very welcoming and friendly Buzz Bingo at Carlisle. Prizes were mainly national so worked it out as having a 0.0008% chance of winning. Shame Buzz Bingo decided to close this bingo hall at Easter 2023.

For the small amount of people that were in club , I found it very noisy. I had to tell people to keep the noise down while games were being played. Staff did not tell people to stop chatting. Other clubs do this.Staff too ,chatted while games were being played .Unsure if table or boards we played were sanitized , as a lot of salt in change tray when coin rejected and crumbs appeared to be on boards.Standards have definitely slipped.I won't rush back. I'll stick to Mecca.

Big venue, clean and tidy, menu ok but could do with being more flexible with options. Wanted a few items but wasnt a simple order, it worked out £3 just to get a bread roll as part of the meal

Extremely rude staff.Sign out side that says come on in. Sounded welcoming so walked up a huge flight of stairs. Once we reached the top the women behind the counter said abruptly were are you going this club is for members only. I didn't even get chance to speak.She said that me and my freind had to go downstairs to join and sign in.I said there is no need to be rude and that you need to take down the welcoming come on in sign from outside.She then mumbled somthing as we were leaving.To top it off there was nothing downstairs except a empty desk with no one there not that we would have siged up anyways after her snotty attitude. Let's just say they have lost 2 potential great customers.Sorry for visiting. I hope you treat your members better

As a fan of buzz bingo a few of us went last night because we received texts saying that the main session was only 1.99.when we got our books we didn't realise that the rest of the bingo was so expensive!!! ended up paying nearly £20 for the evenings bingo.the place was pretty much empty..so the majority of the games were link games( less chance of winning).they also used to do 2x main courses and 2x desserts for a certain price...ended up paying £11.50 for food!!

Not great there was definitely no buzz. Caller was rather aggressive during the breakout party bingo played on the table. FOH were friendly on a positive note. Food not good.

Bounce Bingo is really not bingo! If you want to go for a rave this is absolutely the night out for you! Don't go expecting to play much bingo though. In my opinion badly advertised.

Me and my friend arrived here on Monday having never been to a bingo hall, at least for a long time! The staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcome, they explained everything to us, kept us clued in on how the night would go and checked in with us regularly. Your staff truly are a credit to you, the night was brilliant and it was because of them.

A place where you can meet up with family and friends and all the staff are friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere.The meals are freshly prepared and great value as well as being tasty the presentation is excellent.It's fun and you may win cash too
