I needed a ring repairing urgently as it was of great sentimental value to a lady who isn't very well, and not only did these jewellers accept the ring after closing time, but they repaired it to immaculate condition for a very reasonable price very quickly. We are so grateful that the ring was able to be returned to its owner as good as new, and really felt we were given a personal outstanding service. Would definitely recommend for repairs and a bespoke personal touch to jewellery

I worked with Mandy to transform my mum's wedding rings into an earring and necklace set for my own wedding. Mandy provided me with multiple fabulous designs to start with. The end product was wonderful. I wore them on my wedding which was such a special thing to do. The set is now my go to for anything where I want to look a bit special. I asked the gentleman at Werk, York if he could make me a rustic 15mm wide wedding band for my Wife’s 60th birthday, he’s a very busy man but he invited us into his jewellery shop and spent his time sizing and suggesting what would look suitable.On Friday I want to collect the ring, I asked the gentleman if he thought it was nice, he said it looks fab, then he presented this beautiful piece that he had so lovingly made, I was truly amazed, it’s beautiful and pure quality, over 11g in weight. My wife loves it and it’s a perfect fit.Well worth the money for a hand made piece of jewellery. You won’t find a better craftsman for miles. You won’t me disappointed, thank you so much, Rob.

Mandy did an amazing job of designing a bespoke engagement ring last year, and subsequently both of our wedding bands this year. She really listened and understood what I wanted and then came up with a number of ideas. The whole process was great, from initial discussion, CAD images and mock-up versions of the rings. I would highly recommend Werk, a real gem of a place in York!
