Absolutely fantastic service. My 12 year old son had an issue with his bike while he was out on his own. He took it to the bike shop and they very kindly sorted him out and wouldn’t accept any payment. We have used this shop for parts before and will continue to do so as there is no service quite like the service you receive at a shop like this. Thank you!

The most friendly and customer service place in Braintree!! The wonderful guys here always do what they can to help. Nothing is too much trouble. Their advice and expertise is second to none!I always get a quote from them for parts before going elsewhere because, being female, I find so many male dominated places rip us off. I can't rate them highly enough. Well done guys!!!

Absolutely fantastic, I have brought 2 mobility scooters now. Gary Mike and Joe all do there upmost to help. On my many occasions of visiting the shop its always been a very pleasant and friendly place to be. There knowledge of all things with wheels is 2nd to none. I really can't rate the staff enough. Thanks to them all. I would 100% recommend.
