I can't fault Max's advice & service. Johnson Insurance Services came highly recommended when we urgently needed insurance for an investment property with subsidence & flood risk. Max quickly asked a lot of detailed questions & within a week found us the cover we needed to satisfy our lender. Max was a god send at a critical time at the end of a complex renovation project. I contacted Johnson Insurance for a buildings insurance policy after discovering the property we were purchasing had a claim for subsidence in the past.I spoke to Max, who was helpful and was able to find us a very reasonable quote considering the circumstances. Johnson Insurance Services dealt with our insurance claim with seamless efficiency and a high level of customer service from the first telephone call to report the damage, through organisation of the assessor, working on our behalf to get agreement for cost of repairs, regularly keeping in touch to monitor progress and finally ensuring we received the final payment.Cannot fault the team in Fakenham and would recommend them most highly.
